Jun 06 2025 - Spring Creek Communicator

Dear Spring Creek Families,

It’s been another exciting week at SCE!

On Wednesday, we welcomed the Whistler Public Library Reading Club, followed by a visit from the BioBlitz team on Thursday. To top it all off, Ms. Jory’s class hosted a wonderful potluck luncheon in the library, featuring an incredible variety of dishes and a fantastic turnout of students and families. Thank you to everyone who contributed!

Next week, students will be getting into the spirit of Fun Day with daily cheering practice from Monday to Thursday.

Coming up on Tuesday, June 10, Mme. Elizabeth’s Grade 6/7 class will host the Science Market in the school gym. This event is the final product of a cross-curricular project that combines science, French, and entrepreneurship. Students will be running their own small businesses, selling science-inspired creations that reflect their creativity and learning.

Where: School Gym
When: Tuesday, June 10
Prices: $2 to $6 per item

Then on Friday morning, the SCE PAC invites you to a coffee and muffin drop-in during their final meeting of the year. It’s a great chance to learn more about PAC’s role, connect with other parents, and celebrate a wonderful year together. We hope to see you there!

Also on Friday… FUN DAY! Let’s cross our fingers for sunshine and a day full of smiles and laughter.
